This
poor puppy lives in a tiny balcony less than 1 m sq. with
no proper roof.
He is there when the sun shines; he is there when the thunder strikes and rain pours. He wallows in his own poop and urine. He whines and barks hoping that someone could save him from hell but to no avail. Do you think it is the right way to keep a member of your family?
